The main template content
This website is based on the design principle of accessibility and uses keyboard shortcuts to strengthen the browsing convenience Layout is divided in 3 areas：
- The main menu zone at the top.
- Middle text display.
- the related information zone at the bottom.
Access Keys Settings
The following keys are set as the Access keys ( or speed keys) of this website.
- Alt+U：Top area displaying the link with main items and back to homepage.
- Alt+L：Left aide link area.
- Alt+C：Main content area shows the content of each page.
Keyboard navigation
ArrowLeft, ArrowRight: Moving inside tabs.
Home or End: Go to top or bottom of the page.Tab: Navigate to the next item.
Tab+Shift: Navigate to the previous item
Enter: Click or select the content.
Space: Toggle checkbox.
Escape: Exit trap focus.
