Credit Card	Copy of both sides of the ARC Copy of passport Proof of financial capability (e.g., salary statements, withholding tax statements, proof of salary deposits, time deposits, demand deposits, or other local financial proof documents) A Taiwanese guarantor or a pledged time deposit as collateral with our bank (Not required for holders of an Employment Gold Card.)

The Bank does not provide the specific money trust service to applicants without an ARC.
Automatic Bill Payments	Account Seal Recent copy of receipt or last time copy of payment record Important Notice: Applicants must hold a TWD account with our bank. Applications submitted via online banking are limited to electricity, water, telecommunications, and gas bills. You have applied to authorize the Bank to automatically pay the bills listed in the application form. The service will commence only after the Bank has completed the necessary arrangements with the respective billing institutions. Until then, you are required to settle your bills as usual.
