To enhance customer convenience and promote collaboration among financial institutions, Mega Bank joined the Financial Information Service Co.'s “Financial Fast-ID Verification Relay Center” in 2025, providing cross-institution identity verification services. Participating institutions can interconnect via Fast-ID, allowing customers to use the “Mega Fast-ID App” for identity verification when applying for online services across institutions.
With the customer's explicit consent in the App, basic personal information (such as name, date of birth, address, etc.) can also be securely shared with other partner institutions to support diverse application scenarios.
