Employees are the most valuable asset of our company. Our company promotes the Occupational Safety and Health Management System to establish a safe and healthy workplace environment, and pursue “zero occupational hazards, low risk work environment; building a friendly workplace, where employee wellness thrives.We strive to provide services and make contributions to the sustainable development of enterprise workforce.”
The deputy general manager, who holds the highest authority, of Occupational Safety and Health Committee, supports, is committed to and implements the following policies, which apply to all employees involved in our overall operations, as well as the workers managed by our organization in the workplace:
- Create a safe and healthy workplace.
- Comply with occupational safety and health regulations and the ISO45001 occupational health and safety management standards.
- Strengthen occupational safety and health education and training.
- Ensure consultation with and participation of workers.
- Manage occupational safety and health risks.
- Set relevant qualitative and quantitative targets, formulate action plans, and follow up on results regularly.
- Continuously improve the performance of the occupational safety and health system.
- Actively care for and promote the physical and mental health of employees.
The term"workers" referred to in bank's occupational safety and health management policies means laborers, self-employed workers, or other people engaged in work and directed or supervised by the responsible people in workplaces.
