Duration of deposit
One year, 13 months, two years or three years.
Minimum deposit for opening a new account
- Round-amount savings：NT$10,000
- Withdrawals of interest savings：NT$10,000
- Regular deposits：The deposit per term shall be no less than NT$1,000
Accrued interest and receipt of interest
- Round-amount savings： Accruing based on compound rate, and principal with accruing interest receivable in full upon maturity.
- Withdrawals of interest savings： Interest receivable on a monthly basis (alternatively, on a yearly basis, in the case of the deposit of more than one year); the principal is receivable upon maturity.
- Regular deposit： Accruing based on compound rate, and principal with interest accrued is receivable in full upon maturity.
The contract for the deposit may be terminated before maturity and 90% of the principal may be pledged. Customers may apply for automatic roll over.
