Foreigner (individual)
Foreign passport bearing legal entry visa (or stamp) or identification certificate for overseas Chinese issued by Overseas Compatriot Affairs Commission, and also the "Record of ID No. in the Republic of China" issued by Immigration Office National Police Agency of the Ministry of Interior or foreign affairs divisions (sections) of police offices of the various municipalities and counties (cities).
