放款業務：
- 企業放款：短期、中長期放款
- 個人放款：具柬埔寨身份之當地居民房屋貸款或其他抵押貸款

公司開戶所需證件
- 股東或董事會決議錄 (The minutes of the Board of Directs or Shareholders resolution)
- 商業部登記證 (The certificate of incorporation registered in Ministry of Commerce)
- 公司章程、組織大綱 (The Memorandum of company、Company Extract)
- 公司註冊印章 (The certificate of registration of the company seal)
- 公司稅務證明 (Taxpayer's identification card or registration)
- 董事及股東名冊 (Name list of Directors /Shareholders)
  - 自然人需檢附身分證明文件，公司需檢附公司相關登記證照及負責人身分證明文件 (Individuals should provide Identification document; companie Should provide relevant company registration certificates and proof of identity of the person in charge.)
- 直接或間接持股20%以上之股東、負責人及有權簽字人之身分證或護照影本 (Directly or indirectly owns 20 % or more of Shareholders /Owner / authorized person's Identity Card)
- 公司文件需加蓋公司章 (The company's documents must be stamped with the company seal)
個人戶開戶所需證件：
- 柬籍者 (Cambodians)
  - 身分證及其他身分證明文件 (ID Card and any other official identity documents preferably bearing a photograph of the customer;)
- 非柬籍者 (Non-Cambodians)
  - 護照＋簽證Visa 6 個月以上及其他身分證明文件 (Passport +Visa for more than 6 months /any other official identity documents preferably bearing a photograph of the customer;)
  - 須有柬國當地居所 (address of local residence)
