This decision has been made with great care and we are working closely with DNB to ensure that the transition is orderly, secure and timely for all of our customers.

Your account(s) will remain available for incoming transfers until 12 March 2026. Please be aware that all incoming transactions are rejected after that date. After the deadline of 20 March 2026 has passed, we will proceed to close your account(s).
What do you need to do?
- Close your account no later than 20 March 2026.
- Review and update any direct debits, incoming payments, or employer salary payments linked to your account(s). After 12 March 2026, all incoming payments will be blocked.
