Documents Required for Company Account Opening

• The minutes of the Board of Directs or Shareholders resolution
• The certificate of incorporation registered in Ministry of Commerce
• The Memorandum of company、Company Extract
• The certificate of registration of the company seal
• Taxpayer's identification card or registration
• Name list of Directors /Shareholders
  • Individuals should provide Identification document; companie Should provide relevant company registration certificates and proof of identity of the person in charge.
• Directly or indirectly owns 20 % or more of Shareholders /Owner / authorized person's Identity Card
• The company's documents must be stamped with the company seal

• Cambodians
  • ID Card and any other official identity documents preferably bearing a photograph of the customer;
• Non-Cambodians
  • Passport +Visa for more than 6 months /any other official identity documents preferably bearing a photograph of the customer;
  • address of local residence
