Overview

History

The Bangkok Branch was established on October 10, 1947, originally named Bank of China, located near the Bangkok Railway Station.
Due to expand the bank’s service, the branch relocated from Chinatown to its current location on Sukhumvit Road, Bangkok in 1992.
On August 8, 2005, it was restructured into a wholly-owned subsidiary of ICBC in Thailand, renamed Intrenational and Commercial Bank of China (Thailand) Public Company Limited. The original Bangkok Branch converted into Bangkok Head Office of the subsidiary bank, and the Chonburi Branch was established at the same time.
On August 21, 2006, it was renamed Mega International Commercial Bank Public Company Limited.
On October 30, 2006, the Bangna Branch was established.
On May 17, 2010, the Ban Pong Branch was established.
On April 21, 2014, the Rayong Branch was established.

Organizational Structure After Restructuring

Independent Board of Directors and Chairman.
Under the Chairman: President & Chief Executive Officer, Executive Vice Presidents, General Managers, Deputy General Managers
Audit Committee and Risk Oversight Committee report to the Board.
The Bangkok Head Office is comprised of departments such as Administration Dept, Accounting Dept, Treasury Dept, Foreign Exchange Dept, Business Dept, Credit Information Dept, Loan Department, Loan Management Dept., Risk Control Dept, Compliance Dept, Secretary Unit and Internal Audit Unit.
Branches are managed under the Bangkok Head Office.
