About
Labuan, an island located off the coast of the State of Sabah (East Malaysia), was inaugurated as an International Offshore Financial Centre (IOFC) on 1 October 1990. As an IOFC, Labuan offers a wide and integrated range of offshore financial service, such as offshore banking, offshore insurance, leasing and fund management, etc to customers worldwide.
Mega International Commercial Bank, Labuan Branch made its presence since January 1998 as part of the continuous efforts to expand global network service for its overseas and domestic customers. To enhance and promote the business development, the marketing office was established at the same time in Kuala Lumpur.

Labuan Island is located off the coast of Sabah . Daily flight of Malaysia Airlines from Taipei to Kota Kinabaru, Sabah (about 3 hours and 20 minutes) and domestic flight to Labuan (about 30 minutes only) is an easy way to get there. As to Kuala Lumpur Marketing office, China Airlines, Eva Air and MAS fly from Taipei to Kuala Lumpur directly(about 4 hours and 20 minutes) and take airport-managed taxi or express train within one hour to get to the city center.
