4. Permit issued by Myanmar Investment Commission (“MIC”),(if any)
5. Passport, Visa, Foreigner’s Registration Certificate (“FRC”) or National Registration Card (“NRC”) of the Board of Directors (“BOD”) and related personnel (authorized person, signatories, representative, beneficiary and such other persons in the reserved seal and specimen signature)
6. Board of Director Resolution
7. Import & Export license (if any)
8. Registration documents of corporate shareholders (if any)
9. The reserved seal and specimen signatures of the corporate representatives and the financial executive (as provided by the bank)
10. Application for opening an account (as provided by the bank)
11. Customer Statement of FATCA (as provided by the bank)
